1. Return Window
- Return/exchange requests must be raised within 3 (three) days of receiving the product.
- Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
- We recommend checking your package in front of the delivery person, so any issues can be reported immediately.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Free from stains, odor (perfume/detergent), or signs of washing
- Returned along with the original invoice/order confirmation
Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Baby feeding products (feeders, bottles, nipples/teats)
- Undergarments/innerwear (both kids’ and moms’)
- Any clothing item that has been worn or washed
- Items purchased during discount/clearance sales (unless stated otherwise)
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened-package hygiene products for newborns (diapers, wipes, etc.)
4. Size Exchange Policy
Sizing issues are most common with kids’ and maternity clothing, so this section is clearly outlined:
- If the ordered size doesn’t fit, an exchange request can be made within 3 days
- The item must be unused and have all original tags attached to be eligible for exchange
- If the new size is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued
- One free size exchange is allowed per order; return shipping for further exchanges must be covered by the customer
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
- Report the issue via WhatsApp/phone/email within 24 hours of receiving the product
- An unboxing video or photos must be provided as proof of the issue
- Once verified, a free replacement or full refund will be issued at no extra cost to the customer
- In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us
6. How to Initiate a Return

- Share the reason for the return along with photo/video evidence (if applicable)
- Our team will review and approve the return, and provide pickup/courier instructions
- Once the item reaches us and passes quality inspection, the refund/exchange will be processed
7. Return Shipping Cost
- If the issue is due to our error (wrong item, defective product) — we will cover the shipping cost
- If the return is due to a personal reason (size/change of mind) — the customer must cover the return shipping cost
- Delivery charges paid at the time of order (if any) are non-refundable
8. Refund Method & Timeline
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, verification takes 2-3 business days
- Refunds will be issued via:

- Bank transfer
- Or as store credit, if the customer prefers (usable on future purchases)
- The total refund process may take 5-7 business days
- For orders paid online (card/mobile banking), refunds will be issued to the original payment method
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- If the product isn’t inspected at the time of COD delivery, return claims made afterward may not be accepted
- We recommend opening the package and checking the product in front of the delivery person
- Repeatedly refusing COD orders may result in advance payment being required for future orders
10. Order Cancellation Policy
